Katie Broach

Katie is over the moon to be part of Time Travel Theatrical’s inaugural production.

Katie’s love of history began in 2nd grade when she won her local newspaper’s Halloween costume contest as Betsy Ross and memorized the Preamble to the Constitution after finding a book about it in the school library. Now (clears throat) years later, memorizing takes longer and the costumes are more intricate, but her passion for learning about those who came before remains the same.

A lifelong singer and actor, Katie’s recent roles include: 

• Marmee in A Little Women Christmas (Colonial Chorus Players)

• Aunt Eller in Oklahoma (New England Public Theatre)

• Golde in Fiddler on the Roof  (Imago Stage Company)

• Mrs. Wormwood  in Matilda – the Musical (The Amherst PTA Play) 

• Adelaide in Guys and Dolls (Amato Center for the Performing Arts).
